Delighted to see someone allowed challenge the goalie
Unforgiveable mistake by Herity.
Nothing to fear on the evidence so far
Lads shefflins approach for last 2 balls was desperate, something amiss there too , I think tipp will take it
Next time you’re hurling try it. You’ll hit the ball harder when the wind is behind you. Fuck it this is great stuff.
Why is Bonny maher not out marking hogan? He’d kill him on the run.
Brutal bottle from the keeper, great play from Lar though. Good refereeing alright. Technically a free out maybe though.
Battles everywhere, game swinging each way, it’s a great game.
Think tipp are going to pull away
Beautiful hands by Noel McGrath to get that away so quickly

Up there with 09/10 so far
What’s Duignan’s problem? Corbett can run wherever the fuck he likes.

Surely if its technically a free and he doesnt give a free its not good refereeing?
Would love to be there to watch the shite going on off the ball.
Great half from tipp, theyll win this
?
Ref doing a good job here although they’re clearly instructed to let them kill each other. Definitely different rules applied than to other teams.
You get the feeling Lar might be better off doing a bit of hurling and seeing how that goes for him.
Phenomenal 35 mins of hurling, two outstandingly committed teams.
More please.
He’s kk at heart mate.
A 6-point swing on goalkeeping with Cummins’ save from Fennelly and Herrity’s error for the goal. Tipp knocked over three points without reply after the goal too - quite a big momentum changer.
Shefflin has done nothing apart from setting up the goal. Nowhere near the player he was.
Tipp have Kilkenny right where they want them now, their’s to lose.
Kilkenny want Tyrrell to pick up Corbett but Tipp want Corbett to defend from the front against Walsh. Corbett can run after Walsh if he wants. It’s his prerogative. ‘Nothing to do with hurling’, according to Duignan.
Ferocious game. Some traditional Tipp butchery from Pauric Maher to take Rice out of the game. KK forwards struggling a bit, Reid’s catches and Shefflin’s brilliant first touch for the goal the only real game-breakers for them. Goal was a real gift for Tipp. Handed momentum back to them when Kilkenny were really on top. All to play for. Momentum will be everything.
