Fellas have an awful thing of adding two and two together and getting 5 when it comes to Dela.
@Fat_Pox will be aware of a photo doing the rounds at a local soccer club some years back where Dela politely posed for pictures with some fans.
In the far background of one of the pictures, someone was holding/looking into a brown envelope. Of course cynics were screaming “Corruption! Corruption!” when it couldn’t have been further from the truth.
A wad needs to constitute a solid handful of notes, and they need to be high value.
