All Ireland club finals moved to January

It won’t bother chocolate mice because he doesn’t support a club but club finals moved to 19th of January. Good move in my opinion.

A big meh. Makes no difference really.

Best part of eight weeks. Bit of a rest for those involved.

It won’t make a difference to you either

Joke of a decision. Ballygunner won the Munster club on November 18 last year. If the All Ireland semi is the first week in January, what do you do? Take 2 weeks off or stay going?

Still 6 weeks of A break and no Christmas for the players.

I’d say most players would take your hand off for that chance?

They should have them on Lá an Dreoilín

They probably would but that’s not the point.

It’s still too much of a gap from Munster club to All Ireland semi. Either finish it pre Christmas or wait till February.

I can only imagine how grim it would be for the beaten semi finalists on January 4

If they are playing it in January they might as well play it in fucking December

Losing is supposed to be grim.

It is but this is only pandering to inter county management who want their players for the league.

Sounds reasonable to me to want your players available. Club championships have fucked Galway many a year and many other counties too no doubt. Fundemetally it’s a local level interest at best, the GAA know where their bread gets buttered they should stop pandering to the clubs so much

They should play it on Stephens Day.

Too much other sport on. They’d get no crowd hardly or no viewership

anything to try and stop KK clubs from winning it …odious cunts the GAH top brass

Gaa pandering to the clubs? That’s a good one.

They should play it out before the Christmas.
