For a player made entirely out of wood, Tom Lahiff has become an outstanding footballer. He’d have fitted in beautifully on a Tommy Carr team.

So many poor inter county footballers on this Cork team that are just full of running and offer little else.

What an exciting second half. At one stage I almost woke up.
A heroic 11 point defeat. Hopefully the two good games are tomorrow. I’ve a feeling Kerry Mayo will be very similar to that though.

Think I was done there with Kilkenny.
