We had last laugh there in end. I would rate the 94 Munster final performance as more disappointing to be honest. Babs had form in that regard he dropped pa o neill in 88 because he wanted Nicky to lift the Liam McCarthy. He didn’t like the image of the league trophy earlier that year.

Another scorcher - a great summer of weather
Watched the first half of Wexford-Cork from 2003 this morning. Adrian Fenlon pointed a line-ball from inside the 14 yard line. One of those streaky Wexford halves when we rode our luck in defence and took some outrageous scores. Darragh Ryan was delivering a Tour de France from full back too.
