All Ireland Hurling Championship 2014
13 wides and a missed penalty. 4 weeks in a row with a trip to London in between allied to Antrim having a free week last weekend.

But I’m not making excuses…
good because there is none to be made… shocking from laois …

that brick walsh is some yoke

@Lazarus, get out of the long grass ye cunts.

Nash is good as scoring goals, is he any good at blocking them???

Some skill

Kilkenny would have pole axed him in midfield

That’s the best goal ever scored, strength, pace, power, soloing, finishing. It has it all.

I prefer Trevor Sinclair’s overhead kick for QPR against Barnsley.

I thought he was poor for the goal. The ball went across him at a nice height.

As an aside he is the only Cork goalkeeper to have let in 5 goals in the Championship twice.

Ellis looks like some donkey there.

Ellis.

Should he not take a couple of steps out to narrow the angle?

Ogie would have saved it.

We go again.

He looked rattled, didn’t know whether he was coming or going.

Poor for a centre-back. The movement from Shane Walsh was quality all the same. Took two Cork backs out of the play.

he’s a cack hand, that ball across him from left to right causes him a lot of trouble. He should have stood up at least. Its a pity Mullane didn’t come back under Mcgrath for 1-2 years, 10mins at the end instead of Pender and Waterford would have won comfortably

Mullane wouldn’t hang around to get 10 minutes here or there.

was talking to a mount sion man who reckoned the reason the Waterford team with the mcgraths, mullane etc. never won the all Ireland was because they were too fond of the hooch in between matches…he reckoned they would go on 3 day benders after the championship games…

That’s not far off the mark even now. Different mentality
