Indeed. The Waherfurd lad has em going backwards fast. Missing their best player in Collins, but still Meath were in 2B this year!!! Now they strolled it handy, but there’s a big gap between that & 1b. If they fail to get out of the qualifiers, the year will have been an absolute disaster.
Point of information - not a Waterford lad. He’s a Kildare chap. Who never played hurling.

Bizarrely, Oisin McConville is now part of the the Laois Hurling backroom team.
Derek moved him on as quick as he could after he had an apparition about him in his monks cell above in Melleray.
