Surely Horgan got MOTM today??
If itās based on the first half only. Alan cadogan was better than him.
They should leave the three of them on the bench and their greatness will be made more apparent - like what Kiely did with the Dow.
That was Cadogan
Cardigan missed that chance after 4 mins.
Iām beginning to think you didnāt actually see the game now?
He flaked no one, a wee tip of the hurl, nothing the Tipp lads werenāt doing all day long themselves. Ref was on message though, sent off Laois best player and even threw in a nothing peno to boot. Wonder how much he owes Sheedys bank
Thereās no sympathy in this game .
Cadogan was absolutely brutal for Fennellyās goal.
Tough on Horgan to be both from a losing top 6 county
Huw was bad for the 3rd Horgan goal
Horgans 3rd goal was absolutely out of the top drawer
Dowling was unfortunate heād only John Allen In 2013 and John kiely In 2017. They made it clear to him he needed to improve his fitness imo and in fairness he did. Iād say heās been the most talented limerick player hurling wise since he came onto the squad every season bar maybe the last two. If Dowling was in the condition heās in now for his whole career heād be remembered as one of limericks great forwards and probably one of the better forwards of the last decade. You could probably add a few more to that list infairness. It should be noted callanan was dropped in 2010 when tipp won the all Ireland.
And he scored 9 (nine) points from play when they won it in 2016
Ur wrong, you probably didnāt see it on tv
Could Nash have done a bit better for Richie Hoganās goal?
The finish went straight down the middle, Nash went down early and made it easy for Hogan.
Youād expect a top keeper - an Eoin Murphy, an Enda Rowland, a Mark Fanning or Nickie Quaid - to save that.

A turkey shoot. Heāll thrive in one of those alright.
Barring a Tour de France by any of the remaining keepers , Enda Rowland could well get the all star keeper .
I see a lot of praise for McDonnell. While TJ didnāt score from play, he was still very influential. Won a lot of frees and caught a few balls at big times in the game. Laid the ball off for a few scores too.
I suppose heās a very hard man to curb and McDonnell should be praised for that, but McDonnellās use of the ball himself was pathetic; how many times did he pick out a Kilkenny man in yards of space with a clearance/pass?
