All-Ireland Hurling Championship 2019***

They can still play it in high if that’s what they want, but it doesn’t need to be dropping from the clouds and a sweeper standing under it. They definitely haven’t the forwards for that anymore

Yeah, Conor McDonald - it was the first point of the game. He did a 180 turn as he was hitting it.

Who the hell is saying this?? The man has 7 (seven) All Ireland medals.

The usual

7 is small-time in Kilkenny.

No its only seven not eight

There’s been comments about poor TJ having to play with the current crop.

I’m saying how many he’s going to have when he dies in 5 years time.

He’d need the transfer to Limerick to go through so if he wants to add to his tally in the next 5 (five) years

Bookmarked.

Ken McGrath was the last great player not to win an all ireland. Every great player active at moment has one.

Some of them were as subs so wouldn’t hold as much sway as those won by other Kilkenny luminaries of the past 20 years

As they say in Kilkenny, you cant get too carried away walking down the street with your 5 All Ireland, because the fella coming the other way will have 7.

Portlaoise double-header next Sunday:

Meath v Clare in football qualifier at 2pm

Laois v Dublin in hurling preliminary quarter-final at 4.15pm

Joe Canning and Seamie Callanan will be thrilled with your seal of approval.

Best point I’ve seen all year

Whatever about double headers a double header where neither side has any interest what so ever in the other game is bizarre and only makes sense in that the GAA can put an extra €5 on the ticket price

When did TJ Reid become a permanent fixture in the team, @Big_Dan_Campbell? Kilkenny were winning so much that I kind of lost track of when lads were being phased in/out of the team.

I thought Mullen was very good yesterday.
