Waterford are very poor so far, very aimless ball being delivered and their forwards are being bate up a stick when a good ball goes in. Puckouts very poor.

Waterford remind me of an Eamonn O’Shea coached team without Eamonn O’Shea’s nous. Trying to play far too precise balls and when it doesn’t work its really breaks down.

Clare’s backs on top. Golden getting on plenty of ball and O’Donnell has them scared shitless. Not a whole lot if atmosphere here compared to a Cusack Park or Nowlan Park

Watching this on a shit enough stream on the phone but Waterford’s full forward line don’t seem to have got the message that their home games are in Walsh Park this year. Completely AWOL. Conlon and O’Donnell by contrast are able to win it any way it’s put into them. Clare not coughing up their usual shed-load of frees either, not that Bennett looks like converting them.
