Bring the galoshes it’s flaking rain

It’s absolutely hammering down with rain here in leafy Cork city south side. Does that make a difference to the outcome of the game in PuĆC today? Do Limerick just win by more?

Deffo suits a more physical side like Limerick. Cork’s game plan is based around speed, conditions negate against this.

Still dry here in North Dunmore. But very overcast.

It’s going to be a factor.

You’d have to say the deluge will play into the hands of the big, awkward Limerick robots today.

The worst of it has passed

Wet conditions will suit the more skillful team.

Fear of us so

Pitch dark now. Had to turn the light on in the kitchen.

We had to have the Easter egg hunt with the kids in doors this morning with the lights on… shocking

I won’t be able to see a fucking thing in Walsh Park later.

I’ll be on a terrace today. Lovely.

I’ll head to Norris’ before the game for a few throat openers.

It’s fairly pissing down in Waterford City now. Thanks God I’m in the stand.

In the Stand myself. Must go in early to get up the back of it.

In an update to Galways miserable fall out from last Saturday, I found out some shocking news yesterday.

After the game, not sure right at the final whistle or a bit after, but the game was over, a Galway player hit a sliothar into the crowd in frustration and it hit a woman in the face and broke her nose. @croppy_boy you would probably know her, year younger than you I think, from our parish.

Is the great Richie Hogan being held in reserve for late June/July he is?

He was like a lost child during the league.
