Didnât get the rub from the ref that the home crowd gave Limerick. Neutral venue and a ref with a pair and we are good.

In trilogies it only matters who wins the last one of the series.
Tyrone didnât win either of the first two against Armagh in 2005, but they won the one that mattered.
Same with Kerry against Cork in 2009.
Same with Kilkenny against Galway in 2012.
Same with Clare against Cork in 2013.

Waterford snuck the couple of quick goals and were promptly shut down again. They didnt score a point in the last 20 mins ffs.

Can somebody post up the rule on tackling in hurling. The amount of pulling and dragging that is let go is bizarre.
Waterford had a purple patch when they moved the ball so well Limerick couldnât get near enough to catch and release #fishy
They need to get a bit fitter as they ran out of steam but that game will cause Limerick problems on a faster Croke Park pitch.

They played a lot of brainless stuff. All they had to do was keep hitting it into Dessie but instead decided to run into traffic.
Good auld workout. Missing Flanagan, Kyler and Cian gone after ten minutes. Waterford can take encouragement from losing by less this time. The rest of ye can seethe away until the next day. Champions find a way.

Hego should have been sitting in the stand after 5 minutes and it would have solved a lot of problems.

That was great stuff. Waterford got some joy running at the limerick defence. Then they got carried away and tried to run at them when it wasnt on and got turned over repeatedly. The gap has closed but limerick still a nice bit better
