The current club champions areā¦
Limerick emulated Waterford (1959) and Clare (1997) today in beating the traditional Big 3 of Cork, Tipperary and Kilkenny in the same season. Both of those sides won the All Ireland.
If either Galway or Clare win the All Ireland, theyāll have only beaten one of the Big 3 in this campaign. At least in Galwayās case, theyād have gone through the campaign unbeaten.
Definitely
@Copper_pipe & @anon61956325 let us know about Irish Rail arrangements for the final as soon as possible.
@Sidney @anon7035031 donāt ruin another fucking thread with this shite, this is box office, fuck off.
bricking it
I suppose @dodgy_keeper will be mad looking for a ticket for the final now and he hasnāt been to a game all year.
Donāt you have a Wexford camogie game to follow?
I didnāt pal. Had to make do with a public house in Clonakilty. Made a holy show of myself roaring and shouting but I donāt give a monkeys.
As @TreatyStones rightly points out people who missed yesterday but will be looking for tickets for the final would sicken youā¦
Iām starting a new job today. Iām odd at the best of times but itās going to be tough to appear normal today with the adrenaline still coursing through me after yesterday.
In the mens Senior Hurling Championship? Nah mate, Iām following Limerick in that.
You fucking arsehole
I know I know, Limerick and Clare have a huge amount of football All Irelandās between them, very difficult to sustain both codes at that level. Itās just a pity there may be a small tinge of ordinary-ness when history looks back on this year as a whole, leaving aside the giddiness of tight games, due to the fact the the main stays of hurling are going through a bit of a lull currently
Where will you be travelling from? Charleviile?
Probably.
The trains from Cork look to be booked out ā¦ they were either uber confident or Irishrail are up to no good here.
Alot of the Cork trains are also Limerick/Limerick Junction trains so Limerick people on the ball too probably.
The train I got to Kildare last night was a Galway bound train. Went to re-book same train again this morning for the 19th and only a handful of seats were left. There is a free cancellation option so people getting in early I suppose
They are starting to come back online alreadyā¦
I booked the one that leaves Charleville at 11am earlier on. The 9am was sold out.
Assume tickets wonāt go on general sale l?
