This would be my take on it. I think Limerick are currently as dominant as a team ever has been, and will win at least three in a row, and possibly more. Kk had tipp to contend with. All limericks major rivals have a worse age profile, and, the round robin system means a side can lose two games in any case, and still win if out comfortably, so the risk of a sudden shock below in puc or somesuch is minimised.
Limerick really are dominant in every line.
Shout out to @balbec and the PM boys⌠Hope everyone is happy in there today.
Galway were unbelievably close to catching them on the hop on the scoreboard this year, which is the only glimmer of hope, as they were beaten all ends up in reality.
They did in 2017 .
The lifespan of teams is longer now though imho.
Any chance of getting me back in the PM group
The best thing that ever happened to them
Iâm not in there bud. Copper is your man.
That would make for a lovely write up in the Courts pages of the Tipperary Star
Are there any scenes of disgraceful celebrations in Limerick going viral today?
bog cuttings
There is one fake news video from 2018 being circulated with the implication it was yesterday.
Explain why it was depressing, kid.
Please God we have crowds back next summer. It would even up the playing field a bit.
Limerick had an arm chair ride this year. If their short passing game ever breaks down the crowd might start getting on their backs to launch it long. The lack of atmosphere is perfect for their slow, methodical build up play.
Remember last year when they were trying to beat the worst Kilkenny team in 30 years? Their sideline were flying around the place with clipboards and ear pieces trying to figure it out in the cauldron of Croke Park. They hadnât a clue what to do.
Having no crowd this year or a full house in LITGG last year against ye didnât matter a jot as we tore ye a new one on both occasions.
Do ye think it would make more sense for the gaa to hold the intercounty season after the club, when it might be more likely for crowds to be allowed back in.
Limerick lost fair and square 3 (Three) times last years when there were crowds there.
Never came close to losing this year.
No Intercounty has to come first.
You could end up with nothing until April or May otherwise, as Tony Holohan isnât likely to let non-elite sport return until March or April.
Inter County can continue no matter how bad things get.
That Limerick team yesterday would have beating any kk team .
