Some great matches this week. Cookies play con third time in a month. Missed opportunity in reverse fixture against con on a bad day, senior cup gave con a healthy lead and penalty count killed YM. Massive ask to win in temple hill.

Highfield Shannon would be a great match to get to

These back to back matches either side of Christmas can lead to a lovely bit of spite

Saw something online about Galwegians and Corrintians unhappy their games clash with a Connaught home game today.

This much happen quite a bit with the provinces and AIL?

Just shows the disjoint between AIL and the pro game these days I suppose

Happens all too often but I think started as some bit of a protest against the provinces.

Galwegians ground and Connaught sports ground only about a 10min walk apart. Madness really

Munster senior cup final was played the friday before Christmas in Musgrave park. That would be fine of 2 cork teams or friday in Limerick if 2 Limerick teams. All to accommodate the branch blazers to go on a jolly up in Galway for the Munster connaught pro 14 game on Saturday.

Very low attendance particularly from Young Munsters as supporters couldn’t get public transport back. A lot of these guys use the free travel for over 65s. Would go watch YM on the moon and couldn’t give a toss about Munster.

Scorthy win again in 2c

Shannon did very well to take 5pts against Mary’s. 2 great long range tries in last quarter helped seal it.
