All-Ireland Minor Football Championship 2010

They might as well tie Tommy Markham up in white and red ribbons now because Tyrone are going to crush any team who gets in their way. Awesome.

Any chance of getting rid of this irish language shite from this game?

Looks dirty in Croker.

Tyrone have gone out of this altogether and Cork have clawed their way back in. I’d be shocked though if Tyrone dont manage to regroup at the break and throw on a few more quick points in the early stages of the second half.

As fine a team score as you’re ever likely to see in Croker there from Tyrone, great work from the centreforward who was involved in that move about 4 times I’d say before the full forward slotted it over the bar. They’ll not be bet.

Running riot now. Some great scores

That should make it interesting. Surprised Tyrone havent been prepared for this route 1 stuff from Cork, it was obviously coming. Very unlike a Tyrone side. All to play for still.

the brits are on the backfoot as the corkies got an under a few overs- the britsh defense dont like the garryowen into the penalty box

Tyrone in danger of losing this on the line.

Credit the Tyrone midfielder there for going for the goal, recycled well for the point.

Tyrone have to sort out this high ball thing. There’ll be one more yet.

Far closer than it should have been, but worthy winners in Tyrone. Tommy Markham is off North again.

2 very poor teams in fairness with a poor grasp of the basics-

what more could tyrone full back line do??..most of the high ball broke…the problem was the 2 cork wing forwrds gathering it…

Cork unlucky i thought and played some good stuff at the finish. O’Mahony should have been brought in sooner.

The management could have dropped a man back to pick up the breaks. I never blamed the full back line.

Unlucky? They left it too late, nothing unlucky about it imo. They never kicked in the first 20 minutes, game was lost then. Took too much effort to drag themselves back into after giving that sort of start.

Only saw the last ten minutes of that but sounds like it was the best of it. Cork outscored them 1-5 to 0-1 in the patch I watched.

Lyster shutting O’Rourke up the second the ref was mentioned

Spillane saying there are “too many development squads”

think you’re being unbelievebly harsh on tyrone management…it’s the break of a ball…that’s why its such a good tactic -route one…because you can never control the break and where it goes…

Tyrone idled a bit with the big lead but last ten minutes aside they were comfortably the better team imo.

he may have half a point…players are being conditioned to play in a particluar team system as opposed to developing the basic skills as an individual footballer…
