Clare are not good at pegging back a deficit. Galway’s to lose.
First 5-10 minutes of 2nd half decides the game.
Galway aren’t as good as they were last year under Cunningham, but they’re still far superior to an overtrained Clare outfit. Clare’s year was up when they could’nt finish off an abysmal Limerick team.
Clare seem to have peaked early for the league.

The goal is a killer. 4 points is a fairer reflection of Galway’s superiority than 7. They’ve been the better team for sure though. Grew stronger under the Clare puckout as the half progressed. Denying Clare clean ball around the middle. Have also dealt with Shanagher and O’Donnell handily enough. Pattern of the game will have to change significantly for Clare to win. Goals needed too.
I don’t think they’ve got many soft ones since but I don’t think he’s being particularly one-sided either, Clare are just very obvious in their fouling.

Harry has to take this position on the ref after he favouring Clare so heavily, probably so he could argue against the most infamous. Now he just looks silly.

They only brought on two against Limerick.
I like to see Aaron Cunningham in there to have a right cut at the Galway defence.
Why nuacht at half time. They could put it on during the 2nd half of the Waterford game.
Doubt they would put it on during half time in the 6 nations.
