Chalk it down- he was motm in the All-Ireland final the previous year and was Tipp’s bete noir. The official who reported it was from Tipp and the New York contact who provided the information was also from Chipp.
They then did an even sneakier act in making sure the votes were secure to get him banned so they could vote against it, to make themselves look clean.
