I think what a turnover is can be defined differently from person to person.
Someone had a stat that Limerick won 40 turnovers and scored 1-17 or something mental like that off it. But you’d have to be counting bad passes, lost puckouts, sidelines etc to get to 40 in a game I’d imagine. Not that they aren’t turnovers obviously.
It all depends how you mark it.

It’s a good sign when there’s so many candidates for it. I’d have given it to Lynch myself. I thought he was unreal, particularly in the first half.

Byrnes and WOD were consistently very good all year. And some people, myself included, reckoned Byrnes was Finnish.
I was blue in the face from telling ye there was loads left in them yet. They’re back at their peak.

The rules for this Limerick game is that you need to be under 40 and you can’t be from Kilkenny, and it is exclusive to Senior inter county Hurling

There wouldn’t be many other counties who have won 6 hurling all Irelands since the early 90s. There’s a few but it wouldn’t be a huge list.
