All-Ireland SHC Quarter-finals 2017

What are the permutations based on today’s Munster Final? An open draw now regardless of result given Clare have played neither and Cork have played both?

Tipp v Waterford and Clare v Wexford are the ones we all want.

Christ above… Would you fuck off.

No if Cork lose they will play Tipp. I’m pretty certain of that. The rule is that if you are left with teams you have already played, then it reverts back to the team you played first.
If Clare lose then it will be a draw to see who plays who

Just answer the fucking question

It’s the same rule as always…you can’t play the team you most recently played.

I thought the two qualifier teams meet the losers of the provincials i.e. Tipp can’t meet Waterford?!

Tipp v Waterford is nailed on

Cork, Waterford, Galway, Tipp to make the Semi’s.

You are correct.
Simply put. Wexford and Clare/Cork will be on one side of the draw and Tipp and Waterford will be on the other

No a an open draw if Clare win

A tough one for Cork.

Limited heartbreak if you will.

It’s not an open draw if Clare win, Joe. It’ll be Cork v Tipp and Wexford v Waterford.

How does that work?

Cork and Wexford, as beaten provincial finalists, are on separate sides of the draw.

Therefore, Cork can only play either Tipp or Waterford, both of whom they have played already.

What happens then, is they play the team they met least recently, ie Tipperary.
