It’ll be great for the 2018 hurling champions to visit the home of the 2019 hurling champions in round 1

Brian Reape finally breaks into the Mayo team. He’ll be a serious goal banger if he gets a decent run.

Interesting to see Hennelly start in goals.

It’s a strong Mayo team, only the full forward line and Boland would not be part of their usual regulars.

Clarke is fit and available. I don’t know if Horan is just giving Hennelly games so he’s not rusty should he needs to come in or if he’s planning to have him first choice for the kickouts. I’d suspect and hope it’s the former.

Hennelly was the regular keeper for Horan last time around.

He had a public breakdown on Instagram; lads have been thrown off panels for less

And lads have been left on panels for much more.

Not really. Clarke was first choice in 2012 and the first half of 2013. Got a bad injury and was out for the rest of 2013 and missed 2014 preseason. He was back first choice in 2015, but Horan was gone by then.

So Hennelly was first choice for Horan then?

In the absence of Clarke

Horan changed his mind as to who his first choice was over his time in charge of Mayo. At differing times it was Clark, other times it was Hennelly.

You’re welcome lads. Enjoy your lunch.

And in the presence of him too.

Dublin have named a very strong team for tomorrow, contrary to reports that they would be without a number of key players. Only really McCarthy, Cuxton and Kilkenny of the key men not named in the starting side.

Conditions fairly shocking in Castlebar.

Diskin is a big unit in the forward line for Mayo. He’s the type of big physical runner Horan will love, not sure he has an awful lot of football in him though.

Hennelly is some gobshite. :grinning:

We’re back baby.

Surprise surprise the gahlibahn on TFK circling the wagons around Donie Smith.

Omerta lives on

Huh?

This is exactly what Im talking about

I have no fucking idea what you’re talking about. The big result in football this evening was Laois going up to Down and walking all over the fuckers.
