Very entertaining half in fairness, level with ten left and Clare had their brainless pre-halftime spell five minutes early for a change, Tipp added a few genuine quality scores in the five after that. Slight breeze advantage to Clare second half but won’t make any odds as we have barely moved the ball with a kickpass in the first half. Sweeney was tearing us asunder on his own for the first ten minutes, he’s quality.
The scoreline in Castlebar would suggest Tyrone have little chance of a final spot here regardless of the result.

By my calculations the result of the Meath-Fermanagh game is now irrelevant, unless Fermanagh win by 10 points or Kildare stage a miracle comeback against Donegal.
Meath and Donegal will be promoted.

If Kerry were to lose - they’re leading Roscommon 1-8 to 0-8 at half-time - that could make things very interesting. Mayo and Galway are both winning by seven points.
