I was very impressed with Tyrone and the job Harte is doing in re-moulding this team. Got some brilliantly crafted scores last Sunday (only got to see it last night).
Dublin, as scumpot alluded to, still have all the same issues. The pace was poor in this game as well and their forwards will get a shock ( the new ones at least) come championship. Center Back is a major issue. Mayo were missing real key creative players too, yet they Dublin got opened up quite a bit.
Aidan o Se is really a true star and leader now, he was superb at times and really works hard to go with his class. A bit of Larry Tompkins in him off the ball if he’s not quite as stylish as Larry was.

not near as stylish as tompkins kev…good player though…if he has one fault its he always has to do a dummy solo or two when he gets the ball around the middle instead of moving it fast into forwards…and gets caught in possession because of it…good man to buy a free too…

Good win for Monaghan earlier over Meath in the Division 3 final. Malachy O’Rourke looks like a decent appointment for them - he brought Fermanagh very close to winning Ulster in 2008.
I think it’s a good thing for everyone else knowing how cocky the young dubs are capable of getting. I think they lack a bit of size alot of the new guys and tactically if someone puts big bodies behind the ball and attacks fast it will unsettle them. They were getting oceans of space in league.
