There is very little between them in all honesty, Callanan missing probably gives Galway the edge.
There is something endearingly special about Tipperary people, the land, the astounding beauty of the county itself, the air, just the feeling I get when I’m there. There is a terrific dignity within. Truly fine people and an unmatchable spirit of decency and fairness. Undoubtedly Ireland’s finest ambassadors, I really do hope that they win tomorrow’s game. How aptly named the Premier County.

Tipp still have a massive goal threat…John McGrath is arguably the HOTY already…the fella is a genius.
Galway will match Tipps physicality anyway…and they can really hurl.
I’m looking forward to it…hopefully there’s a good crowd at it as well.

Ooooh rah. Fucking killeen, i was never gone on him. Donoghue seems to have been working hard to get them away from the lamping it in approach, today we’ll see how if its working. Beat them two years ago, could have beaten them last year if Canning and tuohy didn’t get hurt. Nothing to fear.

That and a few decent forwards …
They had more or less the same set in 15 and 16 and were at the level . That said Tipp are getting better and a couple of the forwards who played v Lk are not at the required level. Johnny Glynn will be a good plus if he can reach 2014/15 levels and I still think there is huge potential in Jason Flynn. One feels Galway are gearing to really peak in August & September .

Galway are one of only two teams I could see knocking us out of the championship this year. However, I think it we want to win it today, we will despite the lack of two All Star forwards.
