Allianz Hurling League 2019

Tipps arrogance ain’t what it used to be

Dublin are a different animal this year you’d feel. They were nowhere at the same stage last year. Tipp & Waterford are two nice scalps for them to have claimed at this stage.

I’m happy they won anyway, if Tipp got to the league final my club would have got shafted on fixtures

From 2009 to 2016 Dublin were Limerick’s comparator .

I respect you too much to see you dropping your standards like this.

Like his clubmate he’ll come good when the sod dries out.

You would hope so.

League semi-finals haven’t been double headers for a while afaik.

We had Kilkenny at home last season and Tipp played Limerick in Thurles.

Are home venues confirmed for the pairings yet?

Dublin are shit mate.

That’s a very ignorant comment chief, if they ever put all their effort into hurling like they do football with their financial backing along with club and population numbers they would win AIs and possibly at a frightening rate. 2013 showed with a little momentum they are very dangerous and were a harsh first yellow in a sending off from a final. They haven’t won the AI in over 80 years and still lead Galway on the roll of honour.

All Irelands before 1980 don’t count.

Ah they wouldn’t be aristocrats like ourselves buddy. But they’d trouble tier 2 counties like Tipp.

That’s a bit of an ignorant comment. We probably won’t win an all ireland but we are moving in the right direction

So, apart from three generations ago, and a few what abouts, you agree.

By picking the same team which hammered Cork away?

Double header in Nowlan park next Sunday ffs

Bollocks. Thurles would’ve been a lot handier.
