Allianz National Hurling League 2024

What a touch from Hoggy

Fitz should have finished that himself

Swinging a hatchet there

That Twomey lad likes having a roll around

I don’t know if Cork have been training over the winter but they’ve definitely have been taking acting classes.

Goal for Antrim. Antrim Co Board dont even have anyone at the game posting score updates on their Twitter, they are just retweeting the Limerck GAA updates.

1 minute injury time when Horgan has wasted around 3 waltzing out to take frees.

2 big goals for Cork. Clare should be 5 or 6 up with that wind. They will need goals in the second half.

Lohan is doing a grand spoiling job on Kingston while Rynne is putting in a decent shift and winning dirty ball. Sheedy had four or five puckouts put down on top of him and didn’t do much - he is industrious but surprised to see him in ahead of the likes of Crotty and Smyth off last years under 20s side.

Mounsey is a lovely hurler ball in hand but he is just lacking a bit of killer pace or aggression to make up for his size. Realistically if you are going for a smaller ball player in the forwards Reidy will beat him out all things being equal as he is more aggressive and better to break tackles.

A lot of loose and scrappy hurling from both sides.

Morey with a pair of sixmilebridge togs on

Two nice balls by Darragh Lohan into the breeze leading to frees.

Cork persisting with a running game despite the gale at their backs

Clear chop there missed

You must be getting Donal O’Grady’s stream

Cathal Malone the standout hurler on the field. Winning every tussle he competes in and using the ball well.

Not a huge fan but Tommy O’Connell has been very prominent for Cork

That is a quare soft yellow

Clare forwards are putting in a shift this half

Make a few subs there Pat

Any relation to Brian and Frank?

Some cameo from Morey, after he missed a sitter first thing
