Judge Karen Fergus. For accurately describing a quartet of neâre do wells as simply misfortunates. Their long litany of âaccidentsâ and claims were, she said, unfortunate in the extreme. A crash, into a stone wall, that didnât result in as much as a broken finger seemed bogus to her.
The wall must have been one of those âquick buildâ jobbies that @Massey specialises in.
