Another Attack on Rural Ireland

The can has been kicked and rural Ireland is saved. For another couple of years anyway.

The cunts did away with the pubs , the creameries , now the post offices

Operation Tarmac

Wonder what we’re dealing with here lads

Woke up this morning only to see two of my neighbours calves in my lovely garden. Cunts didn’t erect a fence just decided to fuck them in the field behind me. Luckily the ground is hard and didn’t cause much damage. What can I do about this, are they legally obliged to fence around my property, iv palmtrees around the back with a one wire fence which I put up.

Barbecue one of them. They’ll have a fence up pretty quickly then.

It’s why your property was so cheap mate, you put up with that shit

Send him to the factory and use the money for booze this weekend

Careful what you say and do on the INTERNET mate, it can often have repercussions.

Enjoy the cowshite.

It’s his responsibility to keep the animals in the field. If it happens again drive them onto the road.

If cattle stray into another person’s land the cattle owner will be liable for any damage caused.

You’ll learn this the hard way

You brought this on yourself. Don’t forget that.

Says the man living in weston

Would the law make a distinction regarding when the trespass occurred?

what do you mean?

I remember some argument about a farmer not being liable if cattle broke out during hours of darkness… It was an accident on a public road though

Don’t have a cow, man.

if youre driving the cattle on a road, you have to prove negligence in the way they were driven. if its just cattle roaming free, its pretty much strict liability
