Long Term Lease if you are renting to the council, I think any of the others you are renting to the tenant who is subsidised by the council HAPS etc?

Ours is with council, who pay the rent. We deal with the tenant and all issues.

The Comer brothers from Galway have been repeating this system for decades.

The former FG HQ across the road is now our sole watering-hole. It’s proving embarrassing for many of our die-hard clientele but such is rural survival. We’ll all be friends before the month is out… until the General Election is called and then ancient hostilities will resurface. Oh! the fun we’ll have…
