Former Celtic striker Anthony Stokes is set to join Turkish second tier outfit Adana Demirspor.
The ex-Arsenal, Hibs and Sunderland man is set to travel to Turkey tomorrow for a medical with the First Division club according to the Daily Mail .
The Republic of Ireland international is expected to pen a two-year deal, with an option for a further year.
Adana are splashing the cash and have the likes of former Manchester United and Brazil midfielder Anderson among their ranks.
The forward is now a free agent following a dispute over unpaid salary at his previous club Tractor Sazi of Iran, after ongoing uncertainty over the club’s finances.
