I might stick a tenner on a horse tomorrow, I’d appreciate a bit of guidance from any horse racing gurus here.

I’ve backed Cause of Causes for a couple of reasons. Worried though. They have to ride him no worse than 8th to 10th early doors. Absolutely nothing came from the back today to win.

About to stick an e-pin in three of the field.

I’ll be primarily on the lookout for a horse with a nice name.

This tendency of horses having deliberatly misspelld names is mildly irritating.

I’ve just added 50 cents each way on him during the false start.

Tenner each way on Blaklion at 14/1

Tenner each way on More of that at 16/1

Fiver each way on Dr. Harper at 66/1

Total outlay 70 euro, return 95 euro. 45 for Blaklion and 50 for Cause of causes.
25 euro winnings. Ladbrokes.

Excellent tip DB, if Cause of causes had sneaked it I would of won 220 euro from him plus the 45.

I’m delighted with the 25. Not bad for a novice. I’m looking forward to next year’s Grand National already for my next bet. Thanks again DB, great tipster, I’ll be onto you next year God willing.
