I think there is a huge emphasis being put on pre nups these days particularly urging farmers to get them signed. There have been a few cases down the years where the ex has pocketed half the land

Pre nups exist in a legal grey area whilst they are not legally binding the court will take them in to consideration if they have been entered into.
