Anyone know a good divorce lawyer?

Came home this evening to watch tv, have a bottle of wine and chill out.

I was given one chore to complete, namely to check Mrs Rock’s email to check any updates on an appointment we have tomorrow to see a gaff.

Anyway logged on to her email and couldn’t help but notice correspondence with a certain other Administrator on TFK.

I feared what I thought was the worst when the first thing that popped into my head is that the two of them are scoring behind my back. My hands were shaking with fear when I clicked on the correspondence to view it but what I saw was a far greater offence than the mere humiliation of infidelity. I could handle Mrs Rock being unfaithful to me, but to witness a conspiracy between Mrs Rock and Bandage to be unfaithful to TFK - well that just knocked me for six.

Apologies for the emotion that’s pouring out in this post but I’m cutting up inside here. My own wife, not three months married, has engaged in a conspiracy with Bandage to lie about his whereabouts on the 31st of August. It’s not that it hurts me, it hurts you. Every single member on this forum has been played for a fool by this master of deceit and that cuts to the very essence, the very foundations of honesty and openness that TFK was built on.

There is something very rotten in the state of TFK and the odour has the distinct whiff of stale summer strawberries I’m afraid.

Screenshots of the correspondence are linked below with email addresses and “pet names” deleted. (I never even knew Bandage’s middle name - seems like Mrs Rock uses it carefree in their correspondence. Worrying that actually).

Bring me his head on a plate.

I have seen it all now.

Sorry for your troubles Rock, it will be a long night before day breaks again.

I would suggest the following course of action
Murder Bandage and implicate your wife, I will provide you with an alibi if needs be.

That way you wont have to split your assets with her and may be able to obtain an annulment rather than a costly divorce.

sorry rocko but under the family Law (judicial separation) Act 1995 and the Family (divorce) Act 1996 you don’t actually qualigy for a divorce or a JS as you’ve only been together for 3 months

As your “lawyer” though I can advise you to take the following steps:

issue a suit against bandage under the defamation act 2008 as this a quite clearly anact which is designed with malice to reduce the standing of one in the eyes of another and also given the thread on CPD maybe a quick call to ACCA or CIMA and shop the fcuker

this is only off the top of my head but give me a while and i’ll think of a few more things

is this all to do with that Celtic game ? Tipper that posted here who went to the game has told me the truth

no chance of an annulment dan, the Courts are very wise to it now

This is definitely one for Jerry Springer.

Thanks for that Art - good to get professional advice on these things.

I was hoping to go down the anullment route but to be honest my main focus at the moment is my relationship with Bandage. A key progression in the severance of that bond has to be a suit under the Defamation Act so. I’ll get working on that.

On a separate issue am I within my rights to withdraw administrative privileges from Bandage? He has clearly abused his position and standing on the Board to discredit TFK and its members and that’s a very serious step to have taken. I don’t want to be dragged up in court though for failing to comply with standard grievance procedures so I’d appreciate any advice you may have on stripping him of his powers. If you could use the words saboteur and malfeasance in your reply it might lend it an air of authority.

Re: My Client, Therock67 -V- You
In the matter of admin privileges for thefreekick.com

Dear Sir,

I act for therock67 and I refer to the above and your recent email correspondence with the betrothed of my client.

My client has instructed me to recover all administrative privileges from you in light of your behaviour, inter alia:

  1. a breach of trust of your position
  2. a deliberate and malicious attempt to assassinate the good upstanding character of my client.
  3. Several acts of mala fides and malfeasance in your failure to truly and accurately discharge your duties as admin on this DB.

My client though thoroughly distressed by your actions is nonetheless a reasonable man and is giving you 5 working days to comply with the following:

  1. The surrender of all admin privileges
  2. To enter into an undertaking not to have any contact with Mrs Rock unless at the specific request of my client.
  3. To make to my client an award in the sum of 25,000 for injuries and pain suffered.
  4. An admittance of both your guilt in the broken Ipod and your attendance at Celtic Park, Glasgow on the 31st day of August 2008.

Failure to comply with the above will result in my client having no option but to take this matter to the High Court for significant damages and in that event this letter will be used in an application to the Court for an Order awarding the costs of such Applications against you.

You are advised to bring this letter to your legal representative.

I remain, yours sincerely,

Artfoley

Superb stuff unmasking this cunning deception Rocko.

A novice error by the wife though to let you go through her mails during this conspiracy. You must be a little disappointed at that, what happened to the famed feminine wiles?

Some Day The Truth Will Out

I think I’ve been the victim of naivety on Mrs Rock’s part moreso than the cunning double bluff I feared when corresponding with her.

The background to this whole tawdry affair can be traced back to last Friday week in the pub when Mrs Rock was disgusted by the collection of rocko, cesc4 and the bhoy viciously slagging my portly nature.

Mrs Rock said it was unseemly bullying and I told her that her husband was also doing it on the forum and I was terribly upset by it, which clearly I was! So she asked what else he was up to and I told her about Rocko’s Wexford/Celtic deceit and she said ‘But he was at the Celtic game with Rushy. Didn’t you give him your ticket?’

So I suggested the only way to stop this smear campaign was for her to lift the lid on her husband’s nasty lies. The emails Rocko posted were the by-product of Mrs Rock forgetting her pasword for here when trying to get to the truth.

An unbelievable decision by her to grant Rocko access to her gmail account though. But pretty luckily for me he only found these TFK emails and none of the raunchy pictures of myself that I sent her last month.

Not another saucy email scandal on the forum! We’re still reeling from the fall out of the puke/Flano pictures.

Just saw this thread today. In the words of Collie, the north Dublin rapper, ‘Unbelievable, unfuckingbelievable’.

This has probably been coming for a while. Bandage is more than a little gay for you and quite possibly actually wants to be you so much he feels the need to have a relationship with your wife.

Pass on my disgust to Mrs(soon to be ex)Rock.

Will do - when I meet her shortly for lunch.

Why do wives generally tend to get % of husband’s future earnings after a divorce? You would imagine assets would be split and all that but why should a woman be entitled to a % her (ex)husband’s earnings after the divorce has been settled? Taking kids out of it too given you would expect some sort of maintenance to be paid if they are under 18.

in some cases it is because the woman took care of the children at the expense of her own career so it it seen as compensatory in this manner. in some case.

Why, if you get divorced is the wife entitled to half of everything, yet when it comes to recouping bank debts anything that is in the other halves name remains out of reach ?

It’s also argued that the the woman helped make the man the man he is. That she developed him personally. Imagine every woman as an Enda McNulty essentially.

Because the wife has no party to the contract whatsoever? She married you but she didn’t sign the loan contract

And who financed her when she wasn’t working?

What if the wife kept her job whilst the kids were raised?

How does this impact on the wife taking a % of the future earnings?
