What’s the story with these lock-ups? If you buy or rent one it seems from reading this sad story that you get everything that’s in it as well. Seems a bit mad.

When someone doesn’t pay their bill, they rent off whatever was left in the lockup. It’s a blind auction so you don’t even see what you’re bidding on a lot of the time
