Ah it’ll be a huge day for the town on Sunday week. Can’t wait for it. Ben & Jerry’s first trip to Croker for this never to be seen again event*. Negotiations are under way for the trip back to the homestead for the few pints in the Stepps**
*that is until we win the Intermediate this year and going through the same process next year

I’ll have you know that John Locke Park was the at the height of modern stadia back in its day. But the onslaught of the 80’s, 90’s and 00’s plus the lack of investment of any sort for 30 years has ravaged our proud stomping ground

You know the fence is gone from around the pitch Locke. Makes the place look a little bigger. On the down side, it kind of renders the magnificent tunnel redundant.

They got their dressing room bust up out of the way yesterday so all focus is now on the big day. It will be great for them to play in Croke Park even though they have no chance of winning so hopefully Meelin will take it easy on them.
Piles- unless you heard something recently I think you are taking shit about the developement plans being on hold.
Locke- the plan is to fill in the area at the back of the goal at the far end move the pitch down. New dressing rooms are to be built and then make a new car park and possibly put in an astro pitch at some stage as well.
