Back to the old way. December 23rd to January 5th. They pulled a fast one there for a couple of years just covering until December 30th

This year its only effectively Christmas from Friday December 22nd to Tuesday January 2nd.
Next year it will be effectively Christmas from Friday December 20th until Monday January 6th.

I fully agree, a long lead up and a good excuse to get 2 and a bit weeks off work. The few days laeding to Christmas are great for a quite few pints
