Higgins?

All done and dusted, dishwasher on, and extra dishes hand washed and dried. The oul lad eats his dinner at 12:45 every day but we managed to push him to 1:15, had the starter at 12 and dessert at 2:15. Can relax now :face_exhaling:.

top top stuff.
Paddy could learn a lot from it.

Bet that @peddlerscross fucker below in Tipp hasn’t even got the starter prepared yet.

Starters are a load of nonsense.

I would say 1.30pm is the optimum time to be sitting down for the main course so @Bod95 has got it pretty spot on to be fair in this instance.

We’re visiting the in laws.

I’m three sheets to the wind.

Dinner is soon.

Swelled as a tick here

My first Christmas dinner cooked.

It was ready earlier than planned (we sat down shortly after 2) and was a roaring success.

I put a nice ambient playlist on in the kitchen and was calm as fuck for the morning in there.

Glad someone gave my mother the Christmas off after 40+ years.

A lovely haul of records, a couple of grand shirts, and some craft ales.

Time for mince pies.

We did the traditional Christmas dinner

I let her do it all and went for a walk with the kids and built Lego while sloping into a few cans of the Rustbucket

Full as a tick here. Did all of the cooking myself. I’ll probably have a kip on the couch now.

It’ll be 6 before we’re sitting down to it as well after a day of chaos.
