That was a highly political Globle, I didn’t even know if that was a country. Is in in the UN?

What was your first guess @cluaindiuic ? Two guesses is impressive for such a word.

SOARE

Gave me OAR all in the wrong spots.
So I chanced AROMA.

Would you ever fuck off.

You OK hun?

Would there be many young hawks around you in Kilkenny?

I think we need a stewards enquiry here.

This happened me this morning. I’ve never even heard of the word Agora. Are there 2 different Wordles?

To try two As in your second go would be an extremely unusual move

Really? I hate that word. You could say I’ve a phobia of it.

An 11 year old told me at the weekend that this is his first word too. I didn’t pay much heed to him as I thought he had got it wrong.

I think the allegation here @cluaindiuic is that you would have completed the puzzle previously from your desktop and then loaded it up on your phone.

What kind of sad fuck would do that?

To be fair – and I do not want to get into a big debate on the issue – there are not as many plausible words as you would think for ‘oa-whatever’ with r as one of the front two letters. Going ‘-oar’ does not seem to work at all. So…

Would say ‘croak’ and ‘groan’ were the two most plausible guesses alongside ‘aroma’. Using ‘groat’ would seem a bit recherché. Not sure of plausible ‘r-oa-’ words.

I had, for those sort of reasons and from knowing double letters seem to have become a Wordle factor:

SWEAR
TRAIN
AROMA
