Smalling has apparently intervened and asked the Utd board to accept Roma’s offer.
SES deal is off.
Kluivert has joined Leipzig and Perotti is off to Fenerbahce.

Dzeko is a brilliant striker.
Pedro is a serial winner.
Mykhi has been good.
Santon is a squad player.
Smalling is still a United player and arguably the best centre half they currently have.
Veretout is a really good player.
Smalling deal gone through it seems.

Smalling was good last season.
Roma have a very inexperienced backline at present - there other three centre halves are Kumbulla (20), Mancini (24) and Ibanez (21).
A good start to the season so far. Our only defeat down to an administrative error which we may yet appeal. Top of our Europa League group and doing ok in Serie A so far which its all very tight.
Given the financial constraints and amount of deadwood we have on our books due to that clown Monchi, we’re moving in the right direction under Fonseca.

Our appeal over the Verona result has failed.
Dzeko, Santon, Kumbulla, Pellegrini and Fazio have all returned positive Covid tests. I suppose it’s a good thing the international break is now on.
Diawara and Califiori should return soon after their quarantine spells after positive tests are nearly done.
