Was off the crutches and walking short distances at 4 weeks but didn’t get rid of the crutches completely until 6 weeks for longer distances. It’s a slow whore of a thing to come round, went back Hurling after 10 months of rehab and it’s grand since but a bit of cartilage came away again 2 years ago (surgeon had bedded it back down as opposed to removing it when he did the cruciate) and that kept me out for another bit so I fucked off coaching for a bit. This year and next is the swan song
