Association Football Kits

Shootjerseys will have it on their site in a few weeks I suppose :grimacing:

A t-shirt over a jumper & shirt and under a jacket :grinning:

What else would you wear to a Round 3 Division 1 Allianz Football League game?

Have it framed and give it to your gran / mother / local publican, would be my advice .

Should I sign it?

God yes .

Continue to use it as your pyjamas.

The days of firing it onto a quare wan you bring home and slapping her arse, are in the past my friend.

At least it’s not a Tipp jersey.

I’ll hold onto any comments until I see the nics/socks that go with it

What’s wrong with a good aul shamrock?! It’s nearly as bad as the Kilkenny GAA crest

Should Kilkenny go back to sharing the Tipperary crest like they used to?

Yeah I dont see the harm

Where do you draw the line at “adults”, mate?

One’s 18th birthday?

That’s very draconian if so.

I’d say 21 maybe . This is me ;

What about retro jerseys, mate?

For Dublin matches, I generally wear either a 1983 Dublin jersey or a very nice long-sleeve retro-style t-shirt with a round navy collar and the traditional three castles crest, which I picked up on the now defunct Retro Gael website about four years ago for €10.

For Eire matches I generally wear either a 1967 Celtic jersey or a 1970s Johnny Giles-era retro jersey with a triangle collar and traditional shamrock crest.

I also have very nice Portugal 1966 and Argentina 1986 tops which I bought the day before the 2002 World Cup started and which I still occasionally wear.

A bit hipsterish for me but each to his or her own .

Retro jerseys were cool for a while but they jumped the shark a few years ago. Second Captains ruined it.

Don’t think they can copyright the shamrock.

Who “owns” the shamrock so?
