An interesting charity shop find, anything I should know about these guys?

Victorian mob. Eyetalians.

A grand jersey apart from the main sponsor.

The Italian flag on the collar is a giveaway but I’d have thought Avondale was a very Irish name.
I played a season for Avondale in Cork once

I think they’re in the Victorian NPL (National Premier League- 2nd tier football). Don’t know anything about them.

Some cracking tops here, especially the long sleeve green one. Not sure about the “MAINE.” font though. Looks like something I would have worn for under 15s football in the early 90s.

Am I right in saying Parma either owned or had some affiliation with an Aussie association football team about 20 odd years ago? They had the same colour jersey and sponsor possibly.
I could be wrong. It could have been a Brazilian team.

Parma were linked to Parmalat anyway.

Yep. They sponsored a team outside Italy but I cannot remember if it was an Aussie or a Brazilian team or another Sth American country.

Palmeries I’m almost sure, pretty sure your right

You are spot on I think

I’ve no idea, quite possibly.

Sorry mate, didn’t mean to seem dismissive. I can’t find anything about Parma specifically having an association with an Australian club, but there are numerous such links with various clubs.
