Sophie Becker ran a PB yesterday to move to 5th on all time Irish list for 400m. Rhadisat then ran a stormer qualifying for a final in the US last night and moved to 4th on the 400m women’s list. Can’t ever remember a time we had so many quality female sprinters all together. Hopefully they could get to a worlds or Olympic relay final or something close to it
