Another interesting evening in store. Sarah Lavin is in the form of her life so hopefully she can progress. And Ciara will likely need a lifetime best to have a chance of a medal. Not impossible given the form sheโs in too.

@Mac could we give the womenโs 4 X400m relay a rattle? Especially if Adeleke rocks up. Her, the Rose of Keeper Hill Sharlene, Becker and AN OTHER as line up? Should make final?
Be hopeful of making the final anyway. The other 2 girls that are part of the squad would be 52-53 second 400m runners I think. The Dutch, the Poles and the Americans will have squads way beyond ours so weโd need a few batons dropped by others to get a medal Iโd say.
Is the lovely Sharlene going to run that as well?
