The ladies 400m WR is safe for another while. Sydney McLoughlin Levrone has announced she’s pregnant. Means the ladies 400m hurdles will not have its 2 dominant figures for the last few years with Femke Bol stepping up to 800m.

Given the major championships this year are the Europeans it doesn’t really have any impact on that. Hopefully Rhasidats injuries will be behind her and there’s a strong season ahead for her.

I think Femke will break WR this year.

At her ease there

Rhasidat makes her long awaited return over 300m in Arkansas shortly

I think she’s just run a NR of 36.30 taking 0.12 off her own NR from 2024. Very encouraging

Looked like she semi slipped or something on home bend. A really good return for her. Hopefully something to build on for the season now. Don’t see her being suited by indoors at all.

This is a new one on me

Bumper car finish to the mens 3000. Andrew Coscoran left in a heap and Nick Griggs swoops around the home turn.

Sharlene makes all from the outside to win a third consecutive national 400 title

Sounds like she won’t take the place at the world indoors.

Kate wins the National Long Jump title today to go with the Hurdles Silver yesterday with 2 PB’s. She’s trucking along nicely ahead of the World Indoors and another bold show is likely.
