The snag dog as the Australians call them. Most ridiculous dog.
Dog people put shock collars on their pets?
However, the ban will not preclude the use of such collars when they are used in conjunction with electronic enclosure systems of yards or gardens, when animals receive a shock if they try and cross a perimeter wire.
I cant think of any other situations the collar is used, so what is it targetted at?
Bark collar? To stop the dog barking at night I suppose?
However - ‘‘Anti-bark collars will also be permitted’’.
I am unaware of any other types of collars if these collars are not included. There is a recall collar but it is no more than the one similar to the bark collar.
Use of perimeter collars and fence collars does need to be monitored though. If neglected they are a source of great pain and distress to the animal, cutting into their neck and creating wounds that get infected.
Theyre permitted as per the article

Everyone of my mothers dogs all died on the road except for one cute lad.

I nearly got killed myself as a young lad chasing a ball across the road.
The driver of the car was shaking so bad that he had to come into the kitchen for a cup of tea.
Who was it only Garret FitzGerald.
I remember next to nothing about it. He became Taoiseach soon after.
You were blessed. I’d say he had the coordination of a giraffe.
A great story. Whether it happened or not.
If you can find a list of FG Ard Freis there should have been one in Waterford about 1975.
Is that one of the soon-to-be outlawed collars?
