If this is such a notorious place for the attempted abduction of women why haven’t the cops cleaned up the area and put these freaks away? Also, how would a woman be nearly dragged into a car by a stranger and not report it to the police, like that wan on Facebook appears to have done. Very poor performance by the police that they’ve been unable to locate this woman.
If the culprit is indeed Australian, I doubt he’ll be big down under.
Aussies were never meant for anything more than convict status. Giving them freedom has been a great historical error.

+1. Their ingrained convict mentality means they still kow-tow to a woman who lives 10000 miles away but giving them self governance will prove to be a huge mistake. This convict mentality, unfortunately, also leads to outbursts of violence.
It is hard to work out which are the more servile, the Australians or the Scots. Neither can be considered nations imho. How an Australian can profess to be Australian yet suffer the indignity of a foreign motif on their flag is almost unfathomable. The Scots’ being part of a kingdom that has for its anthem a song which hopes for them specifically to be crushed is just as ludicrous and humiliating. Both nations actually deserve to be crushed and subjugated for their persistent craven servility.

On this extended, better quality version of the tape, the man with the blue hoody walks up the road at 0:03 in, down the road at 0:58 and back up again with Meagher towards the end of the tape.
What appears to be the same silver car goes up the road twice, at 1:18 and at 2:16. From having looked at the map of the area it would have been very easy for the car to turn left down Hope Street, and then around the block via Ovens Street and Ballarat Street and do this within 58 seconds.
The key question is - are the man with the hoody and the driver of the silver car known to each other?
The assumption would have to be yes.
The likelihood is that Jill Meagher turned left down the much more deserted Hope Street and was followed and bundled into the back of the car by the man with the blue hoody there.
Further CCTV evidence will be key to finding the direction the car went.
I cleared the man of any involvement on three separate occasions prior, mainly based on social class.
One other question is whether the man in the blue hoody knew Jill Meagher. I don’t believe she knew him at all, but it’s quite possible he knew her to see and may even have targeted her. Her public Facebook page would have made it easier to do this. I still think the balance of probabilities are against this.
Most likely we have two sick perverts working in cahoots with each other waiting for an oppurtunity to pounce on a random lone female. The man with the blue hoody as I mentioned in a previous post is likely to be the same person that tried to attack Catherine Deveny in the early hours of July 1st and is also the likely suspect for the attack on and rape on a Dutch girl in St. Kilda in the early hours of July 15th.
All three incidents were on weekend nights and fit a similar pattern.
There’s a potential serial killer(s) on the loose here.
This is the police’s impression of the man wanted for the St. Kilda attack and he seems to match the man in the blue hoody.
