Austin Gleeson Appreciation thread

I wasnā€™t sure but I just read that it was Gleeson

Ya just saw it the once and kinda just knew it was done.

Either way it was wreckless from DC

It was more brainless than malicious I thought, committed himself too early and was clotheslining him before he knew it. That quickly followed by the Joyce brain fart and subsequent goal knocked the stuffing out of Cork

Second yellow was the clothesline on Conor Gleeson.

Apologies to the forum if I mislead them

Free to play (from official source) Proper order too, one less excuse for these lads

The GAA truly is a joke.

MORNING BULLETIN: Hiker and diver die in Donegal; Austin Gleeson to escape All-Ireland ban

Theyā€™ve made a complete balls of this, nobody will ever be retrospectively banned for this offence now that the precedent has been set

Precedent was set the week before

FOTF Woolberto made a mug out of that giant cunt Jarlath Burns on the GAA Hour Podcast yesterday. Burns is some soup taking cunt of a company man.

Gleeson will have every young player pulling helmets now.

Jarlathā€™s legacy is secured with the introduction of The Mark. A great introduction.

Jarlathā€™s legacy is LĆ” na gClub, it was akin to asking Dougal to look after the corner flag.

It was one of the Gleeson brothers anyway

James Owens has said he is happy with the way he officiated the game.

So thatā€™s that then

Heā€™ll never ref a high profile game again iā€™d say.

But he did really well apart from sending off the wrong player, missing a blatant red card offence and failing to acknowledge his mistakes upon review

When you put it like thatā€¦

Not true, it was a stupid argument. How many times did you view the incident before you decided it was a yellow card offence? How would a referee judge the difference between a jerking motion and a non jerking motion during a match. Would is right about one thing though, he knows fuck all about hurling. Good show though
