I can’t wait for this one. I fancy the Derry and Ulster champions to win by two points.
Slaughtneil by 6/7.
Hon The Rockies
Would be a bit worried about Slaughtneil’s scoring power if Chrissy Bradley is shut down but I’d expect them to come through.
Surprised to hear that.
They are better than Stacks, but so were Ballincollig and by all accounts a few teams in Kerry. But they have serious unity and will.
I think the derrymen will get thru though.
Stacks have no real star* but are a very well organised, hard working team. Very hard to breakdown and they chip away at the other end.
Not bad value @2/1. You’ll definitely get a run for your money anyway as there won’t be much in it.
*Apart from Star
Pitch is in great nick in Portlaoise.
Absorbing game so far.
Paul Bradley wearing a scapular.
Must collect mine at home next time I’m back there.

A wha?
This will turn nasty soon enough.
Slaughtneil have been very impressive in the opening stages here.
That was coming, 3rd time McKeigue fouled Donaghy in the square. Should be a yellow I’d imagine?
Stacks miss the penalty but put in the rebound.
1-02 to 0-04.
Great anticipation to stop the penalty but you have to push that out to the side, sloppiness his downfall there.
Another penalty for Stacks.
McKeigue should be off by now. Hes simply unable for Donaghy, foolish to go one on one.
Excellent penalty. Donaghy is unreal under good ball, but it’s stupid of Slaughtneil to try take him on one on one, it’s simply impossible. He owns McKeigue.
Slaughtneil have to play someone in front of Donaghy. McKaigue strugglin badly although I feel he was hard enough done there.
