Australian Rules 2015
@The Selfish Giant was very unlucky to be just one point away from a perfect prediction in the Essendon Roos game. Unlucky mate. You were a bit conservative in some of your other predictions though, particularly the Hawthorn one. Good tipping all the same, doing well to stay at the top.

My accumulator was going perfectly well until the Pies and Power decided to fuck it all up. All the teams were covering the spread easily, and then those cock heads go and lose winnable games.
You would clearly do well to learn at the feet of @The Selfish Giant

Grand final rematch tomorrow night is going to be epic.
There’s a few articles and interviews appearing here at the moment spruiking the return of the Lions to Fitzroy, as Brisbane are being seen as a bit of a basket case at the moment. More likely mischevious Melbourne centric commentators, forgetting the glory of the Lions under Ligh Matthews in Brisbane, but a groundswell is starting, which would be a pity.

3 hours 15 minutes to get your tips in gents.

It’s in your best interest to keep schtűm.

Grand final rematch was a cracker, Jarrad McVeigh :clap::clap::pint:

I see @Gman trying to cheat again here.

No, it’s just the once Mac, I don’t think he’s tried to cheat before.

Carlton just sacked Mick Malthouse. A bizarre decision IMO. Not sure anyone else can do more with that playing group. (naturally they’ll go on a 10 game winning streak now).

he’s been utter shit though and hasnt brought them on at all. He is playing a gameplan that is about 10 years outdated and is so easy to counteract. It worked when he was with Collingwood, but was never going to be able to translate it straight over to Carlton. There are some very good players at Carlton, Judd, Murphy, Gibbs, Yarran, Kreuzer, etc, there is no way they should be sitting rock bottom of the ladder, and ultimately, that is down to him. they have got worse with each year he was there, it should be the other way around, they should be pushing on. Ratten had them in finals for 3 years after a long time out of contention, but was sacked when they finished 10th. Malthouse got them to 8th as a result of Essendon being demoted, 13th and now is last. I think his time has long since passed unless he changes the way he does things.
